If i use Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda to whiten my teeth is that bad?
I just watched a You tube video of a this girl doing it she just used the peroxide and a tooth brush and then listerine and i think even brushed like normal after. Is that safe? Will my teeth be destroyed if i start doing this?
